Your physical symptoms are an expression of what you are holding within.
Rather than getting mad or frustrated at your body for what it is doing, how about learning about what it is trying to tell you?
The body is the unconscious mind. Let's learn to listen to what our body is telling us, rather than shooting the messenger.
It is a beautiful communication between your mind and body, if we choose to listen to it.
Today I will be discussing the emotional conflicts that are connected to some of the most common symptoms that clients come to me with: anxiety, bladder issues, restless leg syndrome, to name a few.
Learning these will bring this work full circle for you and provide proof to support that there really is only one area to focus on when healing, the subconscious mind.
All medical theories, whether conventional or “alternative”, past or current, are based on the concept that diseases are “malfunctions” of the organism.
Dr. Hamer's discoveries show, however, that nothing in nature is “diseased” but always biologically meaningful. Diseases are not malignancies, as claimed by conventional medicine, but are instead age-old “Biological Programs of Nature” created for our survival. This is the foundation of German New Medicine and the approach that I take in helping those with chronic illness in the Mind Body Rewire Program.
In German New Medicine, the use of the term conflict is very different from that of its use in psychology.
In GNM, a biological conflict is a Catch-22 of the psyche. A trauma, a shock or a dilemma which the individual must overcome in order to insure its biological integrity or survival.
The Catch-22 lies in the fact that the biological conflict cannot, at least not at that moment in time, be resolved.
A stalemate of sorts ensues, but like any good stalemate something has to give, so nature intercedes to take the ‘weight’ of the distress off of the psyche and shift it to the organ.
The ‘weight’ is translated into a compensatory emergency biological program that expresses on the cellular level that the body is able to run or process over time. Again this is all backed up 100% by the work of Dr. Hamer.
Each symptom that you have, has a biological reason behind it.
Your body is compensating for the emotional stress that you have previously experienced or currently are experiencing. This stress is what I call unconscious stress. When you make the unconscious, conscious, you then can change the message that your unconscious is sending to your body.
This is when the healing happens.
When myself or my coaches work with a client, we start off with their list of diagnosis that they have. From this we are able to connect that diagnosis to the specific area of the body affected.
Once we know the area of the body, we can connect it to the specific emotional conflict, according to German New Medicine.
Now sometimes we need to know the diagnosis for this and sometimes we are better off knowing the symptom, it just depends on the situation. But regardless there is a biological connection to every symptom.
Depending on the symptoms/diagnosis, it may depend on whether you are right or left handed in order to make all the connections. Today I am keeping it simple, just focusing on those that don’t require handedness.
If you have a symptom that hasn’t gone away, basically it is chronic, this means that you are in a hanging healing. Everyone that has chronic symptoms is stuck in this cycle of the body trying to heal it on its own, but it keeps getting triggered, so it is never able to complete the healing process.
By using the step by step process that I use in the program, we are able to stop this hanging healing cycle and finally let the body come back into balance.
What sets my work apart from others is the targeted work that we do. It is not a cookie cutter protocol.

With this information surrounding common symptoms, we can move forward knowing that our symptoms are just the messenger. Don't shoot the messenger!
Your body is telling you what is going on within your mind.
When we can dig deep and dissect what that message is, then all of these symptoms can go away. This is the simplicity of the work I do. We can identify, resolve, and move on.
The most important skill for maintaining homeostasis is the ability to coach yourself to peace and a feeling of safety following a trigger, a shock or an event.
The power lies within you.
Your symptoms are revealing exactly what is going on in your mind. It is up to you to take action to resolve those conflicts within your mind if you want your symptoms to go and stay away.
