Your Subconscious Is Your Operating System

Think of your subconscious like the operating system running your life. It’s like the software humming in the background of your computer—it runs everything without you even realizing it.


But here’s the problem: most people never update the software. They keep layering on new apps (supplements, detoxes, protocols) on top of a glitchy, outdated system. And they wonder why nothing works.


If your subconscious is still programmed for survival instead of healing, that’s the real reason your body is stuck.


1. Your Subconscious Runs the Body — Not Your Conscious Mind


You can want to heal all day long. You can consciously believe that your body should be improving. But if your subconscious isn’t on board, your body won’t follow.


Your conscious mind is only in charge of about 5% of your daily functioning. The other 95%? That’s your subconscious. It’s running your nervous system, digestion, hormones, immune response—all of it.


Think about learning to drive. At first, it takes effort and focus. But eventually, it becomes automatic—your subconscious takes over. That’s exactly how your body runs: through practiced, automatic patterns you’ve absorbed since childhood.

2. Your Subconscious Responds to Perception, Not Facts


Your subconscious doesn’t care about logic or facts. It only cares about the meaning you give to experiences.


Two people can go through the same event—like a parent criticizing them—and come out with completely different subconscious responses.


  • One forms the belief: “I’m not good enough.” → This leads to people-pleasing, overthinking, stress, and eventually symptoms.

  • The other sees it as: “That’s their issue, not mine.” → No stress response. No symptoms.


It’s not the event—it’s the perception. And those perceptions come from your subconscious programming.


Your subconscious is like a pair of tinted glasses. If they’re scratched or distorted, every experience is filtered through that lens. Even safe situations feel dangerous if your programming is built on fear, self-doubt, or hypervigilance.


Your body adapts accordingly. It’s not logical—it’s biological.


3. Symptoms Are Messages from the Subconscious, Not Random Events


Let’s kill the idea that symptoms are random malfunctions. They’re not.


Symptoms are biological messages from your subconscious. They’re saying: “Hey! This pattern is no longer working for us.”


For me, it was heart palpitations, digestive issues, rosacea, panic attacks… and more. I used to think my body was broken. But once I understood the subconscious, I saw the truth: My body was talking to me.


Every symptom I had was linked to subconscious patterns I hadn’t yet addressed.


Symptoms are like a check engine light. They’re not the problem—they’re pointing to the problem under the hood.


Trying to “fix” the symptom without changing the subconscious pattern? That’s like taping over the warning light on your dashboard. It doesn’t work.


4. Repetition Is What Rewires the Subconscious — Not One-Time Insights


This is where most people mess up.


They have a breakthrough. They say a few affirmations. They listen to a meditation or two.


And then they wonder why they’re still stuck.


Here’s the truth: Rewiring your subconscious requires daily repetition.
