Healing is about stepping into your own power and trusting your body. Let me tell you about a woman I worked with years ago, a woman who unknowingly healed her MS, not through protocols, but through a profound shift in her life.
My Evolution: From Protocols to Empowerment
Not long ago, I received a message from a woman I worked with back when I owned my health and wellness center. She shared how I had “helped her get rid of her MS,” which made me pause and reflect. At the time, I was deep into testing, supplements, and functional wellness protocols, believing they were the key to healing.
But now, my work is completely different. I no longer take credit for what she experienced, because in reality, I didn’t heal her—she did. Her body healed itself when she finally stepped into her power. This is the heart of the transformation I now facilitate.
The Client Story: It Wasn’t the Supplements
What I remember most about her story wasn’t the remedies or supplements—it was what she was going through in her life. She was in the middle of a divorce, and her body was reflecting the emotional turmoil. She had developed MS during a time when her marriage felt emotionally unsafe.
When she finally made the courageous decision to leave, her body felt safe again. And that’s when her symptoms disappeared. She believed it was the supplements, and for years, she shared my name with others. But when we spoke recently, I reminded her: No supplement healed you. The act of leaving that unhealthy situation was the key to her healing. She stepped into her power, and her body responded.

This story reveals a fundamental truth about healing: our bodies are constantly trying to protect us. When we feel stuck—whether in a relationship, a job, or a belief system—our body reacts. It doesn’t matter how many supplements you take or tests you run. If your body feels unsafe, it will adapt to protect you, which can manifest as symptoms.
Her body wasn’t broken; it was adapting. The moment she chose herself and left an unsafe situation, her body no longer needed to defend itself, and the symptoms disappeared.
This is a key piece of the puzzle that most people miss: healing doesn’t come from fixing. It comes from returning to safety, from stepping into who you truly are, without apology. When we stop living out of alignment with our true selves, our bodies can finally relax, restore, and heal.
