When it comes to healing, it can feel like you’re lost in a maze. Everywhere you turn, there’s another expert, another tool, another practice. Instead of clarity, you end up with overwhelm. But here’s the truth: healing doesn’t have to be complicated.
In fact, there are just three steps required to rewire your subconscious so your body can finally heal. Once you understand these steps, you’ll see why your symptoms have been hanging on - and what you can start doing differently today.
By the end of this post, you’ll know:
The three steps to rewiring your subconscious and why each one matters
Why so many people get stuck halfway and never see results
What it looks like to follow all three steps so your nervous system feels safe enough to heal
If you’ve ever felt like healing is confusing, complicated, or just out of reach, this will give you the clarity and direction you’ve been looking for.
Why Rewiring Is Non-Negotiable
A lot of people hear the word “rewiring” and assume it’s something special you only do for healing. Like it’s some complex practice you only pull out when you’re sick. But that’s not true.
The reality is you’ve been rewiring your brain your entire life. Every time you formed a new habit, learned a new skill, or took on a new belief system, you were rewiring. From learning how to drive to breaking a bad habit - it’s all rewiring.
So when I say healing requires rewiring, I’m not talking about something new or unfamiliar. I’m talking about using a process your brain already knows how to do, but directing it toward the patterns that have been keeping your body stuck.
Here’s why this matters:
If your brain sends fearful or unsafe messages, your body adapts with symptoms.
To heal, your body needs new messages - ones that tell it, you are safe.
Rewiring gives your nervous system the signal it needs to stop adapting and start repairing.
The Heal & Thrive Framework: Decode → Rewire → Embody
This is the roadmap that takes rewiring from something random to something intentional. It’s the foundation of everything I teach, and it’s the exact process my clients follow to resolve their symptoms.
The steps are:
Decode – Become aware of the patterns running in the background
Rewire – Practice creating new patterns
Embody – Integrate those patterns until they become who you are
Step 1: Decode
Decoding is all about awareness. You’re not fixing yet - you’re simply noticing.
Here are the key areas to look at:
Your thoughts – What’s on repeat in your mind? (e.g., I can’t handle this, something is wrong with me, I have to keep pushing)
Your fears – About your body, future, or what healing means. (e.g., What if I never get better?)
Your feelings toward symptoms – Emotionally, how does each symptom make you feel? Sad? Embarrassed? Powerless?
Each thought, fear, or feeling is a breadcrumb pointing to a subconscious story. Your emotions are not random; they’re subconscious memories that connect back to unresolved experiences.
Step 2: Rewire
Rewiring is the practice phase. It’s not about “thinking positive” or repeating affirmations. It’s about deliberate, consistent practice of new patterns until your nervous system recognizes them as safe.
Examples:
If your old pattern was I have to do it all alone, rewiring might look like asking for help in small ways.
If your old pattern was I’m only worthy if I’m achieving, rewiring might look like resting or setting smaller goals.
If your old pattern was fear of symptoms, rewiring might look like reminding yourself, my body is safe and adapting, instead of spiraling in fear.
Rewiring feels uncomfortable at first because your subconscious prefers the familiar. That’s normal. Every small, repeated choice lays down new wiring.
Step 3: Embody
Embodying is when the new patterns stop being something you “try on” and become your natural state.
Instead of forcing yourself to say no, you just say no with confidence.
Instead of convincing yourself you’re safe, you actually feel safe.
Instead of fearing symptoms, your body no longer interprets them as threats.
This is the stage where healing accelerates, because once your nervous system feels safe, your body no longer needs symptoms to protect you.
Real-Life Examples
Panic Attacks
Decode: Patterns of overwhelm, overachieving, and “I have to do it all.”
Rewire: Saying no, asking for help, putting health first.
Embody: Those choices became second nature, and panic attacks stopped.
Rosacea
Decode: Shame and embarrassment rooted in childhood experiences.
Rewire: Stopping the self-judgment, learning to love myself as I am.
Embody: Self-acceptance became natural, and rosacea cleared.
Why Other Tools Weren’t Enough
Meditations & affirmations – Supportive but surface-level without decoding and embodying.
Mind-body techniques (EFT, breathing, somatic tools) – Helpful in the moment but don’t address deeper stories.
Cookie-cutter rewiring programs – One-size-fits-all scripts that don’t get to your unique subconscious patterns.
The missing piece? A full process that takes you through all three steps.
The Big Picture
The framework is simple but powerful:
Decode – See the old patterns
Rewire – Practice new ones
Embody – Live them until they stick
This is how you stop living in survival mode and allow your body to finally heal.
If this feels like the missing piece for you, the Heal & Thrive Academy was created to guide you through this framework step by step. It’s not about surface-level tools - it’s about lasting change.

For 10 years, Jenny worked as a holistic practitioner, relying on supplements, diet, and detox protocols to support healing. But when she faced her own chronic health struggles, those methods failed her.
When Jenny was on her healing journey, she struggled to find a protocol that provided the structure needed to rewire the subconscious. So she created her own process to heal—and that process became the foundation of the Heal & Thrive Framework, a structured, step-by-step method that helps clients identify the subconscious patterns behind their symptoms and rewire them for lasting relief.
Using this exact process, Jenny fully resolved Lyme disease, digestive issues, panic attacks, skin conditions, cystitis, and more. Her own transformation ignited a mission: to help others break free from chronic symptoms and take back control of their health.
At Mind Body Rewire, we have an unwavering belief that healing chronic health issues doesn’t have to be complicated when the focus is on the root cause: the subconscious. We believe every person is fully capable of creating the health and life they desire when they unlock the subconscious programs influencing it.
