Can a Healthy Diet Prevent or Cure Disease?

In a world where everywhere you look there is a diet plan or guru telling you the latest and greatest food that you need to eat, it's easy to be led to believe that food is the cure to all our health issues.

In fact, I used to be one of those guru’s until eating so healthy actually caused me more stress and definitely didn’t solve my chronic symptoms. I was the sickest healthy person I knew.

So what role does eating healthy play when it comes to German New Medicine and healing chronic symptoms? Does it matter or does it not?

If you are like I was, you have tried many diets and limited what foods you consume in hopes of making a change in your health. And like me, found that all those diet changes maybe made me have better energy but as far as moving the needle on chronic symptoms, nada.

I recently polled my audience on this question ”Can a healthy diet prevent or cure disease or chronic symptoms?" And it came back almost equally that 50% believe that a healthy diet can prevent or cure disease and 50% don’t believe that to be true.

Frankly, I didn’t know what to expect with this but based on the results, I have some educating to do.

LAW VS THEORY

Let's first talk about law vs theory.

LAW

According to science, a law is a generalized statement set after a number of observations. A law has no explanations or exceptions when it is framed. It is an obvious fact recorded after observations.

A good example of this may be the force of gravity. It is observed when an apple falls down on the surface of the Earth. It is an undeniable fact. This observation has no exceptions also.

THEORY

A theory is an advanced or evolved hypothesis, and is a probable reason behind any observation.

A theory may become obsolete with time. This is not the case with a law.

  • A theory can be replaced by another better theory; however, this never happens with a law.

  • A theory may be strong or weak according to the amount of evidence available. A law is a universal fact.

  • As soon as there is an exception, it is no longer a law.

Why is this information necessary?

Because Dr. Hamer discovered the same things for every patient that he worked with. He discovered laws of nature that happened in every case and laid them out as the 5 biological laws of GNM.

The first law of GNM says that every “disease” originates from a conflict shock that occurs simultaneously in the psyche, the brain, and on the corresponding organ.

He proved that it is our perceptions, messages from the subconscious, that we send to our bodies that cause disease or illness.

This isn’t a theory, it is a law based on his findings. It happened in every single case with over 40,000 people.

Everything that we have in modern medicine and what is being shoved down our throats is theory.

This is why people that do everything by the book and still get cancer or have chronic symptoms get so frustrated. They eat all the right foods, exercise, do all the right things and still have health issues.

Then there are those that do just the opposite, do everything wrong by the standards, and never develop chronic symptoms, disease or cancer.

Thats where these theories throw you for a loop and leave people in a state of fear because you can feel like you have done everything right but because they are theories that we are following and not laws, people hope and cross their fingers that it won’t be them.

So based on the first biological law, eating certain foods cannot prevent or cure illness, disease or chronic symptoms.

It goes without saying that a healthy diet is essential for our well-being. In the world of GNM/GHK it is particularly important when we are in conflict. This, again, is when our sympathetic nervous system is turned on and stays on until we resolve whatever caused us to move into conflict in the first place.

During conflict activity, the digestive system runs in a minimal mode, thus, the appetite is usually low (Dr. Hamer: “a stag can't regain his lost territory with a full belly!”).

Throughout this stress phase, quality foods can be of great value as it enhances the energy and the strength needed to bear the distress and to resolve the conflict.

At the beginning of the healing phase, the appetite returns. Food now becomes true medicine.

When an organ or tissue is in the stage of being repaired, the organism needs lots of nutrients to support the healing process. The energy and nutrition we gain through a healthy diet makes healing much easier.

When we fully recognize that it is the PSYCHE where diseases begin and where they end, and that the brain functions as the biological control center of all bodily processes, including “pathogenic” changes, then we also learn to understand that a healthy diet or nutritional supplements cannot, per se, prevent, let alone cure a disease.

However, a healthy diet, will certainly accelerate the healing process.

Eating significant amounts of protein-rich food is of the most importance during the healing phase. Supplementing the lost protein through protein-rich foods can be life-saving in some cases. Juice diets or a raw food diet or eating vegetarian during that period could cause serious complications. The same applies to fasting during that time.

Think about this….. How many times have you done a detox when you feel like poo? I know I did. But little did I know it was when I felt like poo that my body needed nutrition and nourishment.

I’m not saying that nutrition and healthy eating isn’t important. That's not the message that I am sending with this information. I’m instead saying that eating healthy doesn’t prevent or cure any disease because disease doesn’t start with the food you are eating. It starts within the subconscious.

So should you still eat healthy foods, like those from nature and less from boxes? Yes.

Can you still eat birthday cake at your friends party? Yes.

Enjoy eating with balance.

Stop restricting food. There is a lot of harm within the psyche with food restrictions. When we restrict food and feel deprived, it is called a starvation conflict that can lead to liver issues. When a person takes all the sugar out of their diet, or something that they love and enjoy, this can be more damaging than actually eating those foods.

My message to you is to use common sense. Eat as close to nature as possible on most days, eating a cookie here or there won’t kill you, enjoy eating food outside of the box when you're with family and friends so you can focus on what really matters. And most of all, remember the biological law of nature, that disease starts from a conflict within the mind.

If you want to resolve current health issues or prevent future ones, the main focus needs to be in how you perceive and respond to events in your life, and very little to do with the food on your plate.
