What if I told you none of these are really essential for your healing? That what you have been told that you need to heal has been all wrong. But I can guarantee that you most likely have never been told that you need to develop a particular skill if you want to heal. That’s right I said a skill, not a pill.
Without this skill, you simply will not heal. In fact if you don’t learn this skill, all the problems you have in your life will never go away.

EPISODE #10: Can you heal without Diet Changes, Detoxing or Pills?
Back when I was trying to heal from chronic symptoms, my counter and cabinets were filled with pill bottles, my frig and cabinet were filled with gluten free, low histamine foods and the latest recipe for detoxing for candida could be found hanging on my frig.
Does this sound familiar? For me that was the only way I knew how to heal, since I had been a holistic health practitioner practically my entire life. But I had to wonder and maybe you are to, do I really need to do all this to heal? Is it even possible for this cycle of popping pills, avoiding certain foods and purging toxins from my body, to end?
I’m here to tell you that you don’t need all of this to heal. In fact doing this combination or parts of it may be getting in the way of your healing.
In today’s episode I will be dissecting and discussing these 3 areas, dieting, detoxing and pills in efforts to help you simplify your healing.
EPISODE #9: Is Your Subconscious Sabotaging Your Healing?
Here you are….you decide you want to heal. You want to get back your life. You buy the DIY program and get started. Then all of a sudden a week into the work, you just don’t feel like doing it anymore. Or you find that doing the work makes you feel “bad”.
So you put it all away and say, yup this is how it always goes, nothing ever works for me! Another chunk of money wasted.
Back to square one.
If this sounds like you, then I can guarantee that you’re experiencing resistance. Its super common anytime you want to make change in your life and its no different when you’re attempting to heal.
But there is a reason why its happening and its back to the that one and only place, the subconscious mind.

EPISODE #8: Using the Law of Attraction to Assist Your Healing
I’m sure that you have heard of the law of attraction. Or maybe you have created a vision board to attract what you want in your life. But after following all the tips and making that beautiful crafty vision board, it hasn’t done its magic. It leaves you wondering what did you do wrong?
Now I’m not a huge fan of vision boards, but I am a fan and teacher of how to use visualization and the law of attraction for healing. Why? Because it works.
You have a powerful tool within your own mind called the Reticular Activating System (RAS) that has a role of attracting whatever you put focus on. You owe it to yourself to know how this system works and how you can use it to its fullest potential and ultimately for your healing.
EPISODE #7: What Your Symptoms Reveal About You
Your physical symptoms are an expression of what you are holding within. Rather than getting mad or frustrated at your body for what its doing, how about learning about what its trying to tell you?
The body is the unconscious mind. Lets learn to listen to what our body is telling us, rather than shooting the messenger. Its a beautiful communication, if we choose to listen to it.
In today’s episode I will be discussing the emotional conflicts that are connected to some of the most common symptoms that clients come to me with, anxiety, bladder issues, restless leg syndrome, digestive issues, to name a few. Learning these will bring this work full circle for you and provide proof to support that there is really only one area to focus on when healing, the subconscious mind.
EPISODE #6: 6 Ways of Thinking that Block Healing
The way that you think is a big contributor to your healing. If there was something that I wish labs and scans could do, is identify thinking patterns! Imagine if you went in for a doctors appointment and they said according to your scans, you have a belief that you will never heal! And over here we can see that you are always thinking negatively about the future. Imagine if we had that capability……we wouldn’t wait until all other options didn’t work before we would focus on the true root of our symptoms.
After working with so many of those that have chronic illness, I have been able to identify the thinking patterns that get in the way of healing without any fancy scans. They are common thinking patterns that if you don’t shift them, can keep you from healing. And often they are not so obvious because they are so automatic to you. But I can guarantee that if you are honest with yourself, as you hear each of these, you will admit that you can relate to 1 or more of them.
Once you’re aware of them, then you can take action to do something about it. I’m not here to keep you on the sidelines watching others heal. I’m here to help keep healing simple and ultimately take action in your own healing. So grab a pen and paper and get ready to shift your thinking and start your healing!
EPISODE #5: My 4 Step Plan for Healing Chronic Illness
You may have listened to my previous podcasts and be saying, “ok Jenny, I’m on board with my illness starting in my subconscious. But how do I find what is in my subconscious that is contributing to my symptoms?”
That is a great question and I would like to expand on that “how” today by giving the exact 4 step plan that I take my students through in the Mind Body Rewire program. These 4 steps not only set the stage for my program but they also simplify the whole healing process, which as you know that is what I am all about, Keeping healing simple.
I will go into depth with each step and by the time you are done listening to this podcast you will know the exact steps you need to take in order to have long lasting healing.
EPISODE #4: Why You Feel Worse Before You Feel Better
Have you ever tried brain retraining, memory work, trauma work or any type of subconscious work and feel like you got worse from doing it? Or maybe a symptom went away and then came back again after trying these types of treatments? Just when you think you have found a solution, you end up back at the drawing board.
The answer to each of these frustrations can be simplified when you understand the 2 phases that happen in your mind and body when you have a stressful conflict. Too many people take “retraining” programs or do memory work without this understanding of the mind and body and end up saying that the process didn’t work, when it may have, on some level.
When you understand these 2 phases, you will gain trust in the healing process and what is happening in your body rather than fearing it. This is one of my favorite areas of mind body healing to talk about, and is a must listen to episode if you want to heal. I got lots to say, so lets get started!
EPISODE #3: There is Nothing Wrong with You
We go to the doctor, they are looking for things to be wrong. When we go to the dentist they are looking for things to be wrong. Everywhere we go, we are given the message that there is something wrong with us or we are looking for evidence that there is. Then we get sick and go doc to doc, treatment to treatment and nothing works. We get labels that tell us what we have but don’t offer any permanent solutions. Again clarification that something is wrong with us.
The truth is, there is absolutely nothing wrong with you.
While this belief may feel true, I’m here to help clear that belief for you today. I even bring in the science to prove it 🙂
This belief alone can stop healing in its tracks, so if you want to heal, its time to kick this belief to the curb!

EPISODE #2: Root Cause to Illness
I talk with so many people that are given labels for what they have. They are told that a virus, bacteria, fungus, inflammation, allergies, food, heck maybe even the sun are the root cause to their illness. While its easy to point the finger outside ourselves, attacking these outside causes hasn’t solved anything……instead it leaves you stuck chasing the symptoms, feeling overwhelmed and defeated. . As you know, I like to keep things simple. I don’t believe that these are the root causes to illness and I have a simplified way of explaining why, in today’s episode.
