You got it all covered, right?

What if I told you none of these are really essential for your healing? That what you have been told that you need to heal has been all wrong. I’m here to tell you that despite all of these things on your list that you think are crucial pieces to your healing, you are most likely still missing 3 very important pieces.

Today I will reveal to you the 3 pieces to healing that everyone that comes to me is always missing.

Once you know these 3 missing pieces, your healing arsenal will be complete.

So that list that I have listed above of all those things that you think you need or have been told that you need to heal (the oils, the gluten free food, supplements, affirmations, etc)  is a very common list that those with chronic illness have for healing.

There is nothing wrong with these things that I just mentioned but just understand that they are not the answer to your symptoms. Why? Because they don’t address the root cause to illness. Instead, most of these are Band-Aids to manage your symptoms rather than resolving them.

In my opinion, they are a waste of time and money.

Instead, wouldn’t you want to spend your time and money on a protocol that addresses the root cause of your symptoms at the core? That makes the most sense to me and I hope it does to you as well.

There are 3 pieces to healing that I see every person that comes to me missing in their healing regiment. When I say pieces, these are not physical tools or remedies that are needed, they really are pieces of information that once you have them, you can take action towards your healing. Because the reality is, you have all the tools to heal inside you.

#1 Know the biological reason for your symptoms

Now what do I mean by biological reason? By this I mean that your symptoms are not random, they are actually connected to a specific location in your brain.

Based off the work that I teach, German New Medicine, which teaches that every disease/symptom originates from an unexpected, highly acute, conflict that occurs simultaneously in the psyche, brain and on the corresponding organ.

The perception of this conflict will determine which organ will be affected and from which area of the brain the symptom/disease will be controlled.

Your brain, psyche (subconscious) and organs are all connected. Nothing can manifest in your body without it happening on the psyche level first. In exception to a physical trauma like an accident or a poisoning.

The significance of this biological program of Nature is to improve the function of the organ so that the individual is in a better position to manage and eventually resolve the conflict. Basically your body takes the hit for the stress that you experienced from that situation until you resolve it on a psyche level.

Since the emotional conflict occurs at once in the psyche, in the brain, and on the corresponding organ, we speak in GNM of biological conflicts rather than of psychological conflicts.

Biological conflicts are always linked to the function of the correlating organ.

For example: The organs of the colon relate to “morsel conflicts” (not being able to catch, swallow, digest, or eliminate a morsel), the uterus and prostate to procreation conflicts, or the skin to separation conflicts.

Since human beings are capable of symbolic thought, we are able to experience biological conflicts also in a figurative sense. For us, an attack conflict can be brought on by an offending remark, a territorial loss conflict with an unwanted move, a starvation conflict through the loss of income, a sexual conflict when our partner is “mating” with someone else, a self-devaluation conflict because of abuse, or a death-fright conflict through the shock of a diagnosis.

In GNM, the PSYCHE (subconscious) is regarded as an integral part of the human biology. It is the ‘organ’, so to speak, that inherently recognizes dangers.

At the very instance of a conflict, the psyche associates with the event a specific biological conflict theme such as “anger in the territory”, “worries in the nest”, “abandonment by the pack”, “separation from a mate”, “loss of an offspring”, and so forth. This association happens in a split second and entirely on a subliminal level.

Thus, it is the subconscious reading and perception of the conflict situation that determines which Biological Program will be activated. Yet, how exactly the subconscious mind perceived the particular conflict is only revealed when the physical symptoms arise. Whether a person gets a sore throat, comes down with a cold, has diarrhea, develops a skin condition or a certain cancer is therefore dependent on how the conflict was perceived.

I want to be clear, when I say conflict, it doesn’t have to be a big trauma. Everyone thinks that a conflict has to come from things like physical abuse or sexual abuse, but that isn’t true. A conflict can be a child not wanting to move, or not having the ability to set boundaries with someone.

These may not be traumatic but they are perceived as stressful to the psyche and enough to cause a physical symptom in the body if not resolved.

So there is no need to guess at what is connected to your symptom, it's all biologically connected in your brain. What’s great about this is that you do work that is specifically connected to your symptoms. Not a one size fits all program that you “hope” will work for what you have. It's a no fail system that I see over and over to be true and accurate for every person I work with.

So that my friends is the short version of explaining what biological means. Your symptoms are basically your body protecting you, absorbing the stress from a conflict that you experienced, so that you can continue living.

This in itself should shift the way you think about your body. Because rather than be mad at it, be thankful for what it has done to keep you alive.

This understanding is so important to your healing. If you don’t know the biological meaning to your specific symptoms, you are really wasting your time, money and energy on whatever protocol you are using. You're throwing darts blindly.

Illness is not caused by food, pollution, bacteria, etc. Instead it's caused by an unexpected shock, conflict within the mind. So if those are not the root causes there really isn’t a need to be so heavily focused on those in order to heal.

What I love about this one piece of information is that it really simplifies your healing, allowing you to focus on your specific symptoms.

#2 Knowing how to resolve your conflicts

Once we identify the specific biological conflict that your symptom is connected to, then you must know how to resolve it.

Remember that your symptom was caused by your original perception of the event. So resolving it means you have to shift your perception. Once you shift your perception, your psyche will no longer think that situation is a threat and your body will naturally go into homeostasis.

There is no food, pill or detox for shifting your perception. It all comes down to you.

Without knowing how to resolve your conflict, the biological conflict is just information. If you want to get well, you must take action with that information.

So I am going to give you an example of what resolving a conflict looks like. Let's use the symptom of someone who has lactose intolerance.

A 45 year old woman remembers that it all started when she was 6 years old. She was sent away to her uncles home for 2 weeks away from her parents. The uncle forced her to drink milk against her will. She was unable to digest the fact that he was forcing her to do this. This created a “indigestible morsel” conflict. After that she has been unable to eat anything that had lactose in it.

For 39 years she suffered from diarrhea whenever she consumed dairy products.

To her psyche, every time she consumes dairy it takes out that old file of that event and says, remember that time we had milk, it was stressful, so it reacts in a protective manner.  Even though the diarrhea doesn’t seem protective, that is the bodies way of protecting.

So once this connection of the event around her uncle is identified, then she is able to shift her perception around that event, thank her subconscious for protecting her, and tell her subconscious that she is not there anymore and the milk is safe for her to consume.

Once this is done, the conflict is immediately resolved and she is able to consume dairy products without problems.

People go for years avoiding certain foods due to allergies and sensitivities. In a matter of a few minutes shifting the subconscious programming around that food, they can be gone.

Sometimes resolving a conflict doesn’t involve, per say, memory work. It could be that you set some boundaries with a situation or you separate from someone.

For example, if a person has chronic bladder infections while her sister moves in temporarily with her, then that would indicate that she feels like her space, boundaries are being invaded.

To resolve these infections, she could establish better boundaries with her sister in her space or ask her to leave. This would be a resolution to the bladder infections since the bladder is related to boundaries, and  being that they started when her sister moved in.

In this case that is all that would need to be done and memory work wouldn’t be needed. It just depends on the conflict and your specific situation.

I know it sounds like healing really can’t be that simple but it is. Remember, we have really complicated healing. It really is not that complicated.

Our bodies are truly designed to heal on their own, but we have to learn how to work together as a team with our bodies to do that. I’m not saying the work is easy, but knowing this information we can keep it simple and less stressful.

Students tell me and my coaches all the time, that they are in awe that they just needed to shift their perception around a situation and they are now better. It's amazing and really demonstrates how our body, brain and psyche are all connected.

Resolving the conflicts connected to your symptoms are where all the magic happens. It's where the deep healing happens within your own mind and stimulates healing in the body.  Without knowing how to do this, you will continue putting Band-Aids on your symptoms. Your body will continue covering for the stress that is lingering within your subconscious and you will never be able to fully heal.

I don’t want that for you, which is why I’m sharing this information with you.

#3 Staying out of conflict

What do I mean by conflict? Remember the first piece I talked about, that all illness starts with some type of shock? When you experience that shock, your body goes into what we call the conflict phase.

The conflict phase is when your nervous system is heightened and it thinks it's being chased by a tiger. You want to limit being chased by a tiger as much as possible.

It's not enough to just to change a perception around a memory and call it good to resolve a symptom. That work is important but after you do that work, in order to prevent getting symptoms again or get new symptoms, you must keep your mind out of a conflict state as much as possible.

A conflict state is not just situations or triggers that may happen, it's your own thoughts also. So if you are a person that is in fear or worries a lot, you are naturally putting yourself into a conflict state all the time. This will continue to give you health issues.

Instead you must learn how to deal with “life” differently, shift your old pattern responses and shift your perceptions. This takes work and that’s why when I see people do these programs that tell you to distract yourself when these stressors come up rather than change old patterns, it's why they often times never get better or get better and then get stressed and get sick again.

Fixing these issues at the core involves shifting patterns in your brain, not just saying a phrase to distract you. You have to consciously take control. Just like a person consciously practices their golf swing daily until they can automatically do it, you have to do the same with old patterns.

Every time they come up, you need to consciously redirect them to something different until the brain automatically is programmed with the new response.

Keeping yourself out of a conflict state is all about catching your old patterns and responses. Choosing to respond differently to have a different response in your body.

I myself was stuck in conflict mode when I was sick. Waking up daily with anxiety, worrying about my symptoms, body checking and thinking about the future with fear.

I know most of you reading this are doing the same and so are our students. You have to get out of those old patterns if you want to heal. Having symptoms for a long time has caused these patterns by everyday thinking the same old thoughts. Now your brain is running on autopilot with those negative patterns.

It's up to you to determine who you want driving the bus. You have to take control otherwise this conflict state will forever keep you hostage to your illness.

So lets recap

The 3 missing pieces to your healing are:

  1. #1 Know the biological connection to your symptom. This way you are able to specifically target your symptoms and the specific work that is required to resolve it. Avoiding a one size fits all approach and instead approaching your healing specific to you, your symptoms and old patterns.

  2. #2 Know how to resolve your conflicts- This is where you take action with the information you have learned about the biological connection. Resolving means to address possible events from the past, shifting your perception,  could be setting boundaries, etc. It all depends on what your biological conflict is to know what to do.

  3. #3 Stay out of conflict- This not only will help you heal your current symptoms but also prevent others in the future. It stops your nervous system from feeling like it's being chased by a tiger, allowing it to stay in balance.

These 3 pieces are missing from literally every person I talk with. It's no surprise because there isn’t enough information out there on how to resolve health issues directly at the core. In addition, there is a lack of education and misunderstanding on how our body works in relation to the psyche and brain.

But I’m here to help shift that.

It all starts with us becoming educated and empowered to heal our own bodies. Stop being victims to illness and instead victors to our own life. Learning to love and trust our bodies rather than fear them.

I see people go from only being able to eat 3 foods to being able to eat anything, people resolve many years of digestive problems, skin problems, anxiety and so much more by using these 3 pieces alone.

I hope this inspires you to think twice about all the outside stuff that feels important to incorporate for your healing. While they may be helpful, they are not the solution.

The answer is not outside of you but within you.

Your symptoms are part of a biological response within your psyche, brain and body. They are all connected but start from one place, your own mind.
